I've decided to use this page again as my base of operations. So much of my online life (onlife?) has been scattered about the internets - it's about time I put it down through a single portal. So - a couple items:
  1. http://blog.propellors.net/ not really new, just forwards to my blog Coderoshi.
  2. There is a new version of the JRuby Maven Extension. Don't worry - and even newer new version is coming shortly - and it'll blow the socks off of anyone who loves JRuby but wishes Gems had the power of Maven.

Meopedia.com has just been opened! It's three things:
  1. A joke. We are interested on what will happen if we create a site solely for self-promotion. Not selling anything, not to make money, just to get visitors.
  2. Make a place were we don't care if you spam about your favorit topic... yourself! Not as a launchpad (you cannot contact anyone), but do not forbid shameless self-promotion (as they do in Wikipedia).
  3. As a place to showcase all of the cool things we are doing with MediaWiki: linkbars, embedded video, offsite image hosting (on Amazon s3)... we are building to see if we can handle huge loads of folks.
So, I encourrage everyone to sign up, make a page, say "hi", and help us stress-test some of these tools (note, all of our extensions and hacks are open-source, if you use MediaWiki and like one... just ask!).

Well, Propellors.net is finally incorporated in the state of Kansas as Propellors, LLC. Let the era of tax sheltering begin (if you're the IRS, that was a joke)! Since I've been paying for this space for years, I suppose I'll get some use out of it beyond a receptacle - an abyss, if you will - to which I place data, never to be seen again.
